1. Acceptance of Terms
Siu Tim Siu Dai (少甜少底) is operated by SIUTIMSIUDAI, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading and using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. App Functionality and AI Disclaimer
Siu Tim Siu Dai uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Cloud) to estimate nutritional values and suggest recipe modifications.
- Estimations only: All nutritional values, macros, and ingredient suggestions are estimates and should not be taken as absolute facts.
- Not medical advice: The app is a tracking and planning tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical or professional dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or strict dietary needs.
3. Subscriptions (Pro and Max Plans)
Siu Tim Siu Dai offers premium subscription tiers (Pro and Max) through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Terms of Use (EULA): Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, extract our API keys, or bypass the subscription paywalls.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

少甜少底(Siu Tim Siu Dai)由 SIUTIMSIUDAI(於香港註冊的獨資經營)營運(下稱「我們」)。當您下載及使用本應用程式,即表示您同意受本服務條款約束。如您不同意,請勿使用本應用程式。
2. 應用程式功能及人工智能免責聲明
少甜少底使用人工智能(由 Google Cloud 提供技術支援)估算營養數值及建議食譜調整。
- 僅供估算:所有營養數值、營養素及食材建議均屬估算,不應視為絕對準確的事實。
- 並非醫療建議:本應用程式為記錄及規劃工具,並非醫療器材。它不提供醫療或專業飲食建議。如有醫療或嚴格飲食需要,請務必諮詢專業醫護人員。
3. 訂閱(Pro 及 Max 方案)
少甜少底透過 Apple 的應用程式內購買系統提供付費訂閱層級(Pro 及 Max)。
- 自動續訂:除非於當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂,否則訂閱將自動續期。
- 管理:購買後,您可於 Apple ID 帳戶設定管理訂閱及關閉自動續訂。
- 收費:系統會於當期結束前 24 小時內,向您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取續訂費用。
- 使用條款(EULA):透過 App Store 購買的訂閱,同時受 Apple 標準《使用條款》約束,詳情請參閱 https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/。
4. 使用者行為
您同意僅將本應用程式用於個人及非商業用途,且不會嘗試對應用程式進行逆向工程、擷取我們的 API 金鑰,或繞過訂閱付費牆。
5. 終止
對於我們認為違反本服務條款的行為,我們保留全權酌情終止或暫停您帳戶的權利,而毋須事先通知。
